Description of the game

The name “happy strategy” is inspired by the children’ s game “happy family” or quartett, which aims it to constitute collect the four cards that form a family by exchanging cards with other player. The happy strategy game is very similar, players have to discuss and exchange rainwater management practices and form a “happy strategy”.
